It was great having you as a student this semester. You were always willing to learn and challenge

yourself. You are kind and compassionate, always advocating for the patients. Patients will be lucky to have you as a nurse.

Clinical Instructor Midterm Summative Comments:

Rhonda is progressing well thus far in the semester. She takes the time to go above and beyond for her patients which strengthens her therapeutic relationship. I have heard many wonderful things from nurses on the unit on how eager and helpful she is, an example was when her and another peer was heading to break, she overheard a nurse needing help to take a discharge walker to the main entrance as the nurse needed to push pt, even though it was her break time, she and another colleague help take the walker to the main entrance without thinking twice. Rhonda has strong communication skills and can adequately document her findings in Epic in a timely manner. I encourage Rhonda to continue developing her critical thinking and time management skills.
